Our Books

Vong Linna, the principal of Linna culinary school, published “NEW, DELICIUS COOKBOOK" a full color recipe book in 2010. This book is written in Khmer, it is an advanced recipe book that has never been in Cambodia. Since this book was popular, we also published the second work.

“NEW, DELICIUS COOKBOOK #1″

We made this book so that people in Cambodia might study the foreign dish. The recipe of about 50 kinds of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and the Western foods is written in this book.

“NEW, DELICIUS COOKBOOK #2″

It explains plainly also to the person that we are not good at cooking. The recipe of 36 kinds of Cambodian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and the Western foods is written in this book.

These books are still available at major bookstores in Phnom Penh.
