One Day Khmer Cooking Class for Foreigners
A skilled instructor in the Khmer dish does and the lesson does you kindly and politely. Come and enjoy learning how to make a khmer food at home for your family and friends. It is an interesting short course of 4 to 5 hours with Cambodia's wet market tour.
Let's go the vibrant local market
We guide you through the local market by tuk-tuk, Located about 10-15 minutes away from school.
Local wet markets are filled with unknown ingredients, please feel the energy. Will actually taste the Khmer fruits and desserts that are sold in the market.
Market may be closed due to heavy rain or special holidays. example : Pchum Ben (Buddhist consecutive holidays), Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year.

Practice
Prepare the cooking. After receiving the lecture recipes, ingredients and seasonings to measure.
Actual cooking by all participants.
Do not worry if you are not good at cooking. We will guide you through.
Enjoy the food
Please enjoy the food in scenic terrace, or you can also take out your food. (Tupperware has been sold.)
Where?
Our school is located at “Samnang 12” in TOUL KORK district. Near the Phnom Penh University.
There is “Samnang 12 Market” at 30 seconds walking distance from the school.
Please inform the taxi driver by saying “PHSAR SAM NANG DAP-PI” when you come to our school.

ONE DAY KHMER COOKING CLASS is open on Wednesday to Friday. Start at 9:30 am daily.
Participants should arrive at class location 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time.
We can not make a reservation for the weekend because of the regular lesson.

Lesson Fee
$44.00 / each
* This is a charge per person.
Includes the following services : Round-trip fare tuk-tuk to the market, Snack in the market, Cold towel, Drinking water, Apron and cooking utensils will be provided. There is nothing you should prepare.
